 once upon a time, graphic designer serena gruia was hard-pressed to find invites, cards and other stationery pieces that met her exacting standards and her oh-so-stylish aesthetic. what's a girl with a great eye for design to do? well, ever the intrepid artsy type, our talented lady made her own, to the thunderous critical acclaim of friends and family. she soon found herself swamped with requests for her exquisite wedding invitations and sweet-but-never-saccharine note card designs. and so, armed with swatches and scissors, serena set out to put joie de vivre to paper and follow her passion for paper and letterpress, and in 2003 little tree press was born (and they all lived happily ever after).
